| Comment: Sorry to see I was on the "lost" list, but here I am! I've lived in several southern California cities since Calhi, but have been in Placentia for several years now. I'm a mother-in-law and a grandmother, and love both roles. The "now" photo was taken a few months ago at my son's wedding. I look a lot happier now than I did then :) I'm the national accounts manager for a large manufacturing company in Irvine - Home Depot and Lowes are my biggest accounts (never a dull moment, that's for sure)! I have not kept in contact with anyone from the Calhi days, and I look forward to hearing about everyone's life journeys. God's peace to you all. | |

STILL SMOKING DOPE, DRINKING STRAWBERRY HILL, LISTENING TO JETHRO TULL ON MY 8 TRACK, RIDING OILWELLS, AND CRUISING WHITTIER BLVD!!!! NOT REALLY!!!!!!! But when I think of Calhi, those are the memories that come to mind. Cleaned my act for the most part. Married 22 years (2nd time around) 3 kids, Jon-Paul 28 (on his own), Alexus (Lexy) 18 (NYACK CHRISTIAN COLLEGE, NY, on Volleyball Scholarship), Hayden 14 (Esperanza HS, Football, Soccer, Baseball) . Always been in Sales of some type. Last 15 years representing a company out of Detroit covering Southwest Territory, CA, UT, NV, AZ, NM, & Baja Ca. Residing in Yorba Linda, CA. Proud Cancer Survivor (3 different cancers) since 2000. Enjoying life with kids sports (continuosly), family boating, Classic VW's, and the busy CA lifestyle. Really enjoyed the 35th reunion in 2009 and also the Decade Reunion in 2010. Great to share with the 74 gang. Looking forward to the 40th Reunion in October 2014. |

| Comment: Updated 06/30/12: Went to college. Got my degree in Printing, Engineering & Technology. Got married. Had 2 kids: Jason ('83) and James ('86). Got divorced after 10 years. I've been working in the printing industry since October 1974. After 20 years of divorcehood I met the man of my dreams, Robert, a widower. We got married in November 2010. He has 2 children, Eric & Sheree. Jason, my oldest, is getting married in October 2012, and I'm going to be a grandma for the first time, in December 2012. And we just found out today that it's going to be a girl. Excited? Yes!!! James, my youngest, works as a counselor, chef, lifeguard & camp manager at a camp for disabled children up in Napa. I'm proud of both my boys. I stayed in So. Cal., but haven't kept up with anyone at Calhi except Sara (Snyder) Brubaker. My husband & I like to go camping, hunting (I make a mean rabbit stew), fishing (I make a mean tortilla fish soup) and traveling, especially in his big rig. I like to read, cook, crochet, sew, counted cross stitch, watch movies & the Food Network, volunteer work at my church, bring home the bacon, fry it up in a pan, and never let my husband forget he's a man.
